Help with my Infocom collection

I bought LToI as soon as Big Red came out with it, then I got
the CD-ROM version of LToI2 and copied and changed the filetypes
of all the game files as per the order of the suggestion in 
GS+.  Unfortunately, neither of these contain Leather Goddess
of Phobos.  I acquired the gold edition of LGOP for the Apple II on
a 5 1/4" disk, but nothing I have with recognize it.  How do I get the
game file?  I need help!! I legally own every Infocom game, some more than
once, so please help me get them all in the format that I want.
