Don't worry - that is correct. The file "The.Manager" is an OPEN
application. (TM is not a INIT that patches some things and then says
goodbye - it rather permanently stays in the background.) It's treated like system files which also cause errors when
trying to access them. When not working under TM, the file is sleeping
on your HD and may be accessed like any other file.
