I get this with a Tulin floptical and RF (same ROMs), usually with HFS disks
althought I think it has happened with prodos too.

I am convinced it is an obscure bug in the RF drivers (THAT's not hard to
believe). Make some noise about it, Drew pointedly ignored me when _I_
reported it months ago.
