Apple //c Upgrade

Thanks for all the advice you folks have given on my //c upgrade...
I have now successfully installed an HP500 Deskjet Printer, and as of
today my local dealer is installing the motherboard upgrade to allow
me to use the serial ports at 9600 baud (as God intended).

I have another question, though....
I would like to add a bit more memory to this beast, so that I can use all
of the features of the new version of AppleWorks. I had
the dealer look at the new Motherboard, and lo and behold, one of the two
"critical" chips (CPU vs. MMU) is soldered in, the other socketed.
Since the new motherboard also lacks an expansion socket, this means I will
not be able to install any of the commercially-available memory boards.
My dealer offered to put a socket under the soldered chip IF I could
get my hands on one. The installation cost will be about $75 - is this a fair
price? Also, does anyone out there know how to get hands on this 65C02 / MMU
socket?

Finally - does anyone know where I can get my hands on a Unidisk 3.5" in
reasonably good condition (by mail order)?

Thanks for all your help!
