Don't you just hate when a program *nearly* works right?

In the documentation for the MSDOS Utilities, I noted that formatting
720K disks didn't work well. I was wrong - it didn't work at all! While
trying to work around the original bug (a 'feature' of Apple's card and/or
controller), I introduced my own bug.

The symptom? If you formatted a 720K disk, it appeared to work and the disk
directory said 720K. The reality was we were now the proud owners of an 800K
disk with a 720K directory. And of course, MSDOS machines gagged on it!
Note: Other disk sizes worked fine - at least they did on my tests.

Anyway, thanks to a user suggestion, v1.1 not only fixes the problem, but
it now allows you to specify the disk size and interleave values. In
particular, you can create 800K MSDOS disks for use with the PC Transporter.

The updated program has been posted to comp.binaries.apple2.

Since I don't have FTP access, could some kind person please upload this
update to the same place as the original post? (ccosun.caltech.edu, I think)
