Ahh, LRO is always an entertaining subject...

A lot of people I know have had negative experiences with LRO.  My
friend bought one of their drives along with a refurbished RAMfast.
When it finally arrived (after a delay of one and a half months),
the RAMFast just didn't work.  Even more, the hard drive didn't come
with its own external power supply.  Instead, LRO sent him a floppy
power cable, which is a pain because the computer must be on for the
hard drive to get power, but if you don't let the hard drive get up to
speed first it doesn't work so well.

Anyhow, they wouldn't replace the RAMFast but instead kept referring 
him to CVTech.  Moreover, even after many calls and a promise to get one
"soon, it's in the mail" he has yet to receive an external power supply
to this day.  

So, he is certainly never going to buy from LRO again, and neither
will I...
