I really hadn't thought of producing an index for SSII. In any case, there's
already a very extensive index available...the Kula Index. That's been
produced yearly for at least 5-6 years, maybe lonnger, and it lists every
magazine article from all the Apple II magazines.

It's set up as an AW database, and usually when I'm trying to figure out
when such and such an article I wrote appeared, I first turn to the Kula
