Dennis,
I have had situations from time to time where adjacent boards touched
each other. My solution is to put an insulating seperator between the two
boards. Now this can be something like a piece of a dowel rod (wood) or
a piece of cardboard or a thin sheet of plexiglass or other chunk of plastic.
The idea is to put something physically between the boards to keep them from
touching, and at the same time, not short out anything. With the dowel rod
idea, you may want to tie one end (top) to the top of one of the boards to
keep it from falling between the connectors and being useless.
Good luck. Please share how you solve your space conflict.
