The best one around is still Dazzle Draw by Br0derbund.  Lots of features,
easy to scroll around, and has great fill routines (can fill pattern
over pattern even).  Only drawback is it won't work with hard drives, just
3.5" and 5.25"

I also used 8/16 paint, which had a full screen editing mode (DD doesn't),
but it's fills weren't as good.  But you can put it on a hard drive
and can hook it up to a apple graphics tablet.

Humm, not sure, but I think I have Dazzle Draw om my hard drive (attached to
my //e at school).  Works fine too.
