I have the original disks, but they are Apple's Property and unless someone
at Apple says it's OK to give out copies, you're out of luck. If someone at
Apple drops me a note saying it's OK, then I'll make copies available for 2
blank formatted disks and return postage. (That someone at Apple should
contact me via email for my fax number so I can get the permission in
writing.)
