Need help retreiving files

I accidently (of course) started formatting an important disk and
was able to stop the process within 1 second.  From what I can tell
the first 2 sectors of Track 0 have been erased.  My files
are still on disk (I used Copy II+ and sector editor to see), but
I have no way (right now) of getting them back.  Any help would
be appreciated.

BTW:  the information on disk are AW spreadsheet and database files.
