I must have missed something, but wasn't it Archimedes who went running
through the street, naked, more than 2000 years ago yelling "Eureka"? Of
course it was. How can the word be trademarked or copyrighted? Eureka is
also the name of a city in California. It might also be the state of
California's motto.

Did some lawyer threaten you?
