Eureka trademarked?

A nice guy passed me the hot tip NOT to use Eureka in future. (Thank you,
Larry!!!!!) I think the trademark or copyright (of a name) is only valid within
a "branch" and can be taken several times provided that the products do not
have anything in common (for example, you need not write the (R) in cookbooks
when discussing Apple pies:).
If anyone has a neat name, let me know...:)
Anyway, for the time being consider the "Eureka" on ccosun as an unfortunate
typo.
