communications program needed

                Hello,    
            I have an apple 2e, but no communications program that is   
            worth squat.  I would like a program that can support some    
             kind of protocol (kermit, xm, zm) that could get me started.  
           
            I would be glad to mail a self addressed stamped envelope      
             and a disk to someone if they would send it back with some    
             software.  Could someone please respond and offer to help.    
           
             I would most prefer email (since these responses will be of 
             little interest to the general readership).  My address is
