Actually, if you are using System 6.0 then I would suggest transferring
the files from the 800K HFS disk to a ProDOS formatted disk (an 800 K
RAM disk works well for this purpose). I don't know if System 6.0.1 fixes
this but System 6.0 has a bug in the HFS FST which causes the GSCII/GSHK
decoding to fail if the encoded file resides on an HFS formatted disk.
