On the bottom, you'll find two small holes--one for each drive.
Behind the hole is a trimmer potentiometer. While running a
disk-speed test program (Copy II Plus includes such a feature), go in
with a jeweler's screwdriver (common, not Phillips) and turn the
trimmer until you get the correct speed--300 rpm. (Copy II Plus
displays rotational period instead of rotational velocity; the correct
rotational period is 200 ms.)
