Hello, I have the same manual. In my opinion this is the first edition
of the Inteteger Basic manual that came with Apple II computers sold
in 1978. Some time later is was replaced by the much more common
spiral bound manual.
Another copy can be seen on Yuji Takahashi's Apple II tree, see Apple
II notes -1- .
