I have a Jef Raskin Apple II Integer Basic Manual which is NOT spiral bound,
and it seems like all the other photos which I've seen of them are spiral
bound. I always thought that it was odd, because most all of the other Apple
manuals (excepting the Red Book and Programmer's Aid #1-- both from the same
year, IIRC) are spiral bound.
Can anyone tell me more about this item?
