Yes There is such a program (extension) It comes free with the Performa
Computers it is called Prodos File System, It is loaded at startup and
anytime you mount an Apple II disk they show up on the desktop and you
can manipulate them the way you would manipulate any mac disk
I do'nt know or not If you can get this separatly, but you can ask.
