Problem with IIe

I have an apple IIe clone, it boots up fine, but whenever I try to
access anything like the diskdrive or the modem, I get the message
Rom:e10

I did the diagnostic thing, and I still get the same message...

I think that it means that I have a bad e10 rom, but aren't
all the IIe's roms on one chip?

and does anyone have that chip for sale, if that is what I need...

I also need a character generator for an original apple II+...

does anyone know where these can be gotten in the Toronto, Ontario
area?
