An aside on "Followup-To" header (was Re: Fast CPUs with PCT)

    Setting the "Followup-To:" header to "poster" will force all replies
to be mailed back to the originating address.  This has been used
occasionally on news.groups and news.announce.newsgroups.  This assumes
that your newsreader understands this convention.
