AWGS Problem

I have just experienced one of the strangest problems I have ever seen with
AWGS. As I was making the final revisions of my term paper, I wanted to 
delete 2 lines of text. I tried every possible thing that I could think of
but I could not get these 2 lines of text deleted without completely locking
up the system. I tried to select the text and then cut it out or just select
it and hit the space bar to replace it all with a space but in each case it
just locked up and I had to reset or occassionally it would give me the
fatal system error box and tell me to reset. This is quite odd and unlike
any other problems that I have had with AWGS. It just does not seem to make
sense that deleting some text would cause a crash. Any help regarding this
problem would be greatly appreciated. 

P.S. : If anyone would like to look at this file I would be glad to send it
       to you to see if you might be able ot reproduce the same problem.
