Standard questions apply: What GS?  How much RAM?  What version of AWGS?
Did you disable your TSR/init/etc. stuff? Does it do this when nothing else
is running? Have you tried to reinstall AWGS?
If you suspect something might be interfering, disable or remove it and 
retest.
