	Help. I bought a copy of Rocket Ranger from a guy in my local area
	for five bucks. The reason for such a low price is his code wheel is
	missing. I can't seems to find anyone locally (in Regina,SK) who
	has the wheel. Does anyone out there have the wheel; or is there a
	patch available to bypass the wheel protection; or can anyone email
	the wheel's info; or can anyone help me in anyway ?
