I bought the SCSI card 8 years ago I think, and no SCSI Utility

The SCSI driver was installed on the disk, and when I was on the finder
I get a Question like ' found a HD 100... Meg do you want to
initialized ?...'
I get this question only on time ! and then no more.
I tried this week-end a format, Verify using the Copy II+ and
Prosel, and the only message I get was:
MLI error $80 !!!
In the verify process, he Copy II+ gave me Block errors, on block
number 2.
