WANTED: RamKeeper manual (And AE's greediness)

I just acquired an Applied Engineering RamKeeper.  Unfortunately, I didn't get 
a manual along with it (Paul, if you're reading this, I lost your e-mail address
and could you contact me abt this ASAP!) so, I tried calling up Applied
Engineering long distance (no 900 nbr for me!) and they told me that they would 
sell me a RamKeeper manual for $20 plus $7 shipping.  That's really bad!  20 
bucks for a manual for a product they haven't made for 3 years now!  Jeez.  

Now, what I'm getting to here, is if anybody who has a copy of this RamKeeper 
manual is willing to part with it, or make a copy for me, I'd really appreciate
it and would be willing to talk terms of reimbursement.
