FTP questions

I have just gotten an InterNet account, and have FTPed quite a few files.
I'm moving them to a IIGS using AWGS comm (so I can use a MAC formated
disk).  I'll use the sb comand for ymodem transfer, and have figured all
that out.  My question is: whaAT do I do then?  Will GSHK un archive them?
they all end in .bsq (one in .bsc, but I think thats a typo.)  Do I need  a
new program?  Any help appriciated.  Does anyone have a Mac and IIGS FTP
site list?
