Well, I got my card today from Westcode.  I can get the 1.1 upgrade "free"
if I send them $5 for shipping and handling.  If I hadn't been assured by
Quality Computers that their Quickie Combo package already included version
1.1, it would be worth it.  But I bought the package long after version 1.1
was out and I already paid shipping and handling to QC.  Why should I pay
an additional 5 bucks to get what I paid QC for.  Anyone ordering the
package should figure on getting stuck also, it would seem.
