Applied Engineering, like Quadram Corp., have a 900 toll number for technical
support so that profits can be made from inquiries by customers.  I doubt
that any company using 900 numbers for tech support would have any interest
in e-mail because they cannot charge a toll to the users who transmit by 
e-mail.    Stephen Buggie
