System 6.0.1 slipped out?

this is a fyi post...

A fellow on GEnie posted that he ordered and received system 6.0.1
from Resource Central.  Several people immediately jumped on him and
said "Are you _SURE_ it's 6.0.1 and not 6.0?" and he said that it says
6.0.1 when it boots.   Simple hoax or Resource central mess-up?
