  As far as I know, the only thing that was wrong with the .csonole driver
was that the high-speed hooks returned the wrong addresses.. i.e.,
for most applications it didn't matter.  Programs that wanted
to use the high speed hooks didn't work, though.  This is supposed to get
fixed (of course, they 'fixed' it in 6.0 too :-), but it won't make a
speed difference to most apps.
