If you run out of other alternatives -
I have an old utilities program that can convert 3.3 stuff to ProDOS. It
might even be old enough to handle _your_ problem :-)
Its version 2.1, or 2.1.1, or something like that. (Can't find it in a
quick search.)
Arch - commonly known as ChipHead
