Well, I emailed the author and asked him if I could get a copy.  He emailed me
a copy of it.  It works OK with gray-scale GIFs, but color GIFs suck on it.
Somebody told me they saw somebody using LHG on color and it made great color
GIFs so I think he sent me a beta version or something.
