Bard's Tale Help!

   I am stuck again this time in Kylearon's Tower!  I have answered the
riddles that let you go by and I have defeated the chrystal guardian.  But
When I get near the end of the maze on floor one, it won't let me move any
further.  I tried to go back and it would let me move a few spaces and then
I couldn't go any further.  So it is only letting me move in this little
area with no way out and I don't have any clue on how to get past this
point in the game.  Please help!
