It's also not in the PCL level 5 manual either, unfortunately.  However, there
is a little appendix which mentions the information is available from HP.

I'm going to try those two people you mentioned through email first (after
the weekend, once I'm moved) and if that comes up blank, then I'll order
the manuals from HP (some of them are free, at least :).
