HELP!! Apple ][+ question.

Hi all,

Quick Apple ][+ question:  I've got a 16k RAM card and just want to make sure
I'm plugging it in right.

It goes into slot 0 (the one farthest to the left), correct?

And the little DIP jumper cable goes into the RAM socket that is in the
row farthest to the back and farthest to the left (back left corner).
This cable should not need to be twisted?  Maybe just folded?

This is the manner in which I installed it, but it doesn't seem to work.
Just gives a completly white screen on power up with no disk scan or
prompt.  The card itself seems pretty new and doesn't appear to have any
thing wrong with it mechanically.

Any ideas or corrections?
