Get one male connector and two female connectors of whatever type your
middle device uses (usually either 50-pin Centronics or DB-25) and a
short length (4-6 inches is enough) of ribbon cable.  Attach the
connectors to the cable with the male connector in the middle and
presto...you have a SCSI Y-adapter for $10 or so.

BTW, the connectors should be of the insulation-displacement variety,
or else you'll have more than a little fun putting the thing together. :-)
