apple parallel card

Recently I purchased an apple parallel card.  I am looking for
the pinouts or a way to make a cable that will go from this card
to an ibm parallel port connector.  The interface on the card is
20 pin with the symbols: TH6202 20D3R : on it..Any help would be
greatly appreciated.  Please feel free to contact me via email at
merklin@gnu.ai.mit.edu..The manufacturer of the card seems to be
Printmax or Micromax, made around 1982...thanks
