METAL BBS questions?

I just downloaded the Metal BBS called FutureVision v0.41. And I'm still 
missing a file... I need the METAL LANGAUGE.. I believe the name of the 
file is "METAL.SYSTEM"... Do I have to pay for it or something? Or can 
someone send it to me (e-mail) or ftp it?

What other BBS (freeware, shareware, PD) are there for the GS? Which one 
is the BEST one? <---- Can I have EVERYONE's opinions about this? thank 
you very much for responding!!!
