Most common communications programs for the Apple II contain a Kermit
emulator... if you have a GS, I recommend ANSIterm 2.0. If not, try
ACT 3.0.3 or KERMIT.65... both available from any major online service
(such as DELPHI - my favorite)

I dont have the manual either - but it should be the same as for a modem
I would think - you use a NULL MODEM cable between the PC and the Apple,
and away you go..
