Sorry, this is not a reply.
But I have some questions:
   - Where did you get the Apple // emulator? On FTP? Which server
     has this program and what is the name of the directory?
   - Where can I get Kermit for the Apple // Computer? My Apple
     is not (of course) connected to the Internet, so I can't
     download it. Is there a possibility to get this program by
     mailorder?
   - Do you have experience in transmitting files from the Apple //
     to a PC via RS232? Which DIP-switch settings do I have to use
     on the Super Serial Card (I am owner of this card but not of the
     manual)
