Yes, some people are still using System 5.0.4, because they don't have enough memory to support 6.0, or because they have a Rev.C SCSI card that System 6 hates, or because they can't afford to not only upgrade the system, but also all their programs that weren't compatible with it in the version they had. In other words, mainly a money thing.
