Menu manager/journaling question
Hello Net,
I need something like Journaling. I have asked this question before,
thus I know that jounrlaing is definitely broken (at least on some
systems).
Since there is no need to record ALL possible events, I was wondering if
journaling works if one avoids certain events.
The problem I have right now is that I don't know how to open a regular
menu, wait for some seconds, select an item, then close the menu. When
calling MenuSelect, the system software will take over control until
something happens in the event queue - but I do not want that anyone has
to do anyhting (it's for a self-running demo).
Is that possible? Can I do this with journaling or is there any other
trick how I can play back previously recorded events? Menus are actually
the only problem because all other actions can be done byt jumping to
the corresponding routines directly.
Thanks for your help,
henrik
