Re:  Permanent Apple2 archive

This is an email reply from ISCA administrators about my request for a home
for an site for an apple2 archive drive.  It is followed by another reply
concerning FTP access.  Grind.isca currently has ftp access, but the ftp
anonymous uploads is kinda broken.  This will be fixed soon.  So consider this
as a status report.
