I erased my GS/OS System disk !!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone send me the GS/OS System disk in ShrinkIt format?  It seems that 
when working with a floppy only system, it is very easy to overwrite disks 
without you even realizing it.  Why the disk write protect notch was set 
wrong was beyond me.  But the point is I erased it.... Can someone please 
send me the disk using ShrinkIt, anyway you can uuencode it?  If not tell me 
where I can get the decoding program?

BTW-- Should I be using System 6.0 or GS/OS ?  I just bought this system and 
I have both operating systems.  Whats the difference?  Which should I use?
