Anybody Have the original bolo for Apple ][

I was just wondering if anybody had the original bolo for the Apple ][
My friend used to have it, but sold his computer, plus all the software,
including games, so bolo was lost to us for good.  Please somebody help
me on my quest to find bolo.

Incase you might have forgotten, bolo is a game with a little tank which
drives around shooting other enemy tanks and stuff and bases.  The
graphics were extremely simple, but the play-control was excellent.
Not only that, but it was extremely addictive...I was addicted once...
