Dungeon Master hints?

I think I'll have to look up that solution, but as I remember, all you have
to do is to find that black hole/crack in one of the walls in the room
somewhere and stick a gold coin into there.

Actually, it's not a easter-egg. I have both a cracked version from who knows
where and the official legally-bought version. I play with the legal version
just about all the time and the Screamer room always regenerates screamers.
They're also good for practicing ninja skills. I use magic a lot too.
Fireballs, poison slime, poison gas (works really well) kicking, punching,
etc, etc. Thing to remember is the screamers always regenerate -- it's just
sometimes they take a while.
