I don't know...but as long as it's shielded, you could probably
stretch it out to a few feet. (I assume that you're talking about the
keyboard cable.) The keyboard runs at a very slow speed (by the
computer's estimation, anyway :-) ), but you're going to end up using
a relatively thick cable with a IIc keyboard since the cable coming
out of the keyboard assembly is little more than a matrix with some
wires for the rows and some wires for the columns.

Assuming that the IIc's floppy-drive hardware isn't too different from
the Disk II and other external 5.25" drives, you could get away with
3 to 6 feet of ribbon cable easily...but you probably won't need
anywhere near as much if you're sticking a IIc into an IBM-clone case.

Probably none at all, given that the IIc doesn't use a fan. The power
supply that comes with the case will more than likely have a fan,
though (not to mention that even an XT power supply puts out about 5x
more juice than a IIe/IIGS power supply).
