Okay, I haven't tried this but it was to be my next action if the above
sequence had not worked.  Complete the above steps 1&2 then actually dial
the new number before selecting and saving Preferences.  If that doesn't
do it (or even if it does) call the Intrec BBS and download some of the
updated modules just to make sure you don't have an outdated version.
