Could you post electrical specs for the GS power supply?  I still have
my IIe tech ref and could compare your numbers to the numbers in that
book.

What compatibility problems?  Mine works fine...but I still need to
add the keypad connector to the motherboard so that I can plug in my
keypad.

This, OTOH, would be a problem for some.  I purchased one of the
Sequential Systems 4-meg cards and had to grind off one of the corners
to get it to fit.  Cards that follow Apple's design specs, however,
shouldn't have this problem.
